Man Unknowingly Goes on a Prank Date But Ends Up Liking Her, His Friends Pressure Him to Dump Her

We all have different definitions of what friendship means. For most of us, it's someone to spend time with, someone we can trust with our innermost feelings and thoughts, and someone that is there for us. Friendships can be such a beautiful thing, but not everyone has that experience. Some people have toxic friendships, where the person doesn't want the best for you. It's difficult to notice while you're in it, but the telltale signs will show themselves eventually. 

In this Reddit thread, the original poster (OP) is a guy who's been set up on a date by his friends. They described her as perfect for him, but when he went to actually meet her, she was far from his type. He didn't let that bother him, and enjoyed the date immensely. He gets a call from her saying that the friends did it as a prank, but he wants to continue with her anyway. His so-called friends want him to break it off, just to prove how funny their joke was.
